Half clockwork, half light. The hilt is gold machinery from end to end: a segmented grip, a ridged crescent guard, a gimbal ring holding a glowing white orb, and two gold rings on hinged arms where the blade begins.
The blade itself is a long translucent beam of white light that thins out to a fine point.
