Players press the minus key or type /report and file a report without leaving the game: pick a type, choose the player and the reason, add details and a video or screenshot link, check it and send. They get an ID such as RPT-1052 and can chat with the staff member who picks it up.
What players can send
| Type | Details |
|---|---|
| Reports | General, Player, Bug, Staff or Custom. Player reports come with reasons such as RDM, VDM, Fail RP, Powergaming, Metagaming, Combat Log and NLR Break |
| Quick requests | Heal me, revive me, spawn a car, bring me to a garage |
The staff panel
- A tab per type plus Closed, and a search by ID, player or reason
- Claim, resolve, close and reopen; reports left unclaimed for 20 minutes get flagged
- Two-way chat with typing indicators, and a pop-up and sound when someone answers
- One-click actions: go to, bring, bring back, heal, revive, spawn a car, noclip
- Permissions for each staff member, set in the panel and saved in your database
- Claims and requests per staff member over the last 30 days
Setup
- Detects ESX, QBCore or Qbox on your FiveM server, or runs standalone with ACE permissions
- Needs oxmysql; the tables are created on the first start, so there’s no SQL to import
- English, French, German, Spanish and Greek
- Optional Discord logs for 10 kinds of event, with a role ping for new reports
- Uses ox_lib, okokNotify, mythic_notify or your framework’s notifications
- config.lua and the language files stay open; the rest is protected by Cfx asset escrow
Every option is in the documentation, and support is on our Discord.
