Work starts with a bang in this FiveM mining job. At the Davis Quartz quarry, players buy a pickaxe and charges from George, the mining supervisor, plant a charge on one of 13 marked spots in the quarry wall and blow it. The blast leaves a rock to break up.
Step by step
- Buy equipment: a pickaxe ($100) and a charge ($5) by default
- Blast: plant the charge and detonate it
- Mine: each pickaxe swing takes 6 seconds and has a 50% chance of freeing a rock
- Load: carry six rocks to the bulldozer’s bucket
- Haul: drive the bulldozer to the drop-off at the crusher
- Deliver: take the loaded tipper truck to the yard in south Los Santos and get paid
For server owners
- Pay: $1,000 and 1 reputation point per finished run by default
- Prices, rocks needed, mining time, rock chance and every location can be changed
- Items
miner_bombandminer_pickaxe: the ESX SQL adds them with the job, and the docs give the QBCore entries and item images - Groups, work clothes and both vehicles come from the supervisor’s menu
