Because the dot sight sits at an angle on the rail, the rifle tips sideways when you aim through it.
Most of the blue is on the handguard: a paisley pattern in white outline on bright royal blue, with a big flower-like medallion in the middle. Further back it breaks up into jagged blue shards over black on the receiver and the magazine, and the open, skeletonised pistol grip picks up a few of them.
The stock and the vertical grip are plain black, and so is the suppressor apart from a band of the paisley print at its muzzle end.
